And, the Rolando Street Fair

I'll be there, Sunday 3/31.

It's 10-6, on Rolando Blvd., just south of El Cajon Blvd.  This is one of those events where I suspect you are required to walk your dog, in order to be admitted. Perhaps you can sneak in without a dog.
